First South Bank, being a community bank, will from time to time offer opportunities to our customers and former I customers to purchase products and services that we believe will be in your best interest.

By recommending our affiliate contact you, we may disclose the following kinds of nonpublic personal information as part of the recommendation: information we obtain from applications, such as your income or marital status; information we obtain from a consumers report, such as your credit score or history; information we obtain to verify representations made by, you, such as open lines of credit; and information we obtain from a person regarding employment, credit, or other relationships with you, such as your employment history.
9. We will not bombard you with solicitations from our affiliate but may have them pass on information on products and services that we feel will be of interest to you.
10. Our employees may have access to your nonpublic information only for the purpose of providing products and services to you. We maintain physical, electronic and other safeguards against unauthorized use of your nonpublic personal information.

We will process all opt out requests within 15 working days.
